5 DAY’S IMMERSION PROGRAMME
ASM’s Institute of International Business and Research (IIBR) offers a 5 Day Immersion Programme on Sustainable and Responsible Business to prepare future managers for an ESG-driven world.
The programme introduces ESG, circular economy and global SDGs, and explores how Indian corporates integrate sustainability into strategy, operations and reporting. Through case studies, ESG analysis and hands-on activities such as waste-to-value projects and product redesign, participants develop practical skills in sustainable business innovation.
An industry visit provides real-world ESG exposure, supported by debrief sessions that translate insights into managerial action. Workshops on ethical dilemmas, stakeholder engagement and purpose-driven leadership, along with a guest panel on green innovation, deepen understanding of sustainability as both a business and societal priority.
The programme concludes with student presentations and a Personal Sustainability Plan, equipping participants with the knowledge and readiness for careers in ESG, CSR, consulting, operations and leadership roles.
